About French Walker,LMT

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in medical massage and cervical injury recovery. Since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients and teaching hundreds of students across Seattle, Mercer Island, and the East side. My practice is built on a foundation of clinical skill, deep listening, and respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.

I began my career in 2007 as a Reflexologist in West Seattle while I trained as a Massage Therapist and quickly expanded into therapeutic bodywork. Over the years, I’ve served diverse populations; from professionals at the Pacific Northwest Ballet to corporate employees at Nintendo, on medical teams,  alongside my own private practice. I’m also an educator, having taught Shiatsu,  Reflexology, and Chinese Five Element Theory at the school where I trained, the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts, graduating with honors.

My work is rooted in a systems-based view of the body; understanding how physical, neurological, and emotional components intersect. I integrate multiple modalities in each session, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Craniosacral Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Lymphatic Drainage. Sessions take place on a Far Infrared (FIR) stone-heated therapy table to support circulation and tissue recovery.

I take a  clinically focused approach, always listening to what your body is saying. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, trauma, or addressing postural dysfunction, I create a space for strategic, informed care tailored to your unique goals.

Massage therapy is more than a profession to me, it’s a commitment to restoring function, supporting healing, and helping people feel stronger and more at ease in their bodies.
